Technical Program > Oral Sessions

All the participants are requested to give an oral presentation in English based on their papers.

Each presentation has 15 minutes including 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

We will provide laptop and other equipments for the presentation.

Presenters should get their PPT or PPTX prepared before the conference.

Speakers are requested to deliver their presentations to the student assistant (technician) in the lecture hall 10 minutes before the session starts.

Foreigner speakers will be presented online through Microsoft Teams. LOC will send to you the information session room and conference program.

Some speakers will have time zone deviation from Hanoi time and may record the presentation by video and send it to LOC before the conference date.
